A textured mosaic of an Osprey. This mosaic was inspired by the Ospreys that return every year to nest in Foulshaw Moss, Cumbria.
The Mosaic is made of hand cut, foraged rock and shells. The back ground is hand cut lakeland slate. The mosaic has an integral d ring hook to hang from a regular picture hook but requires a solid wall or you might like to purchase an additional table top easel to display on a mantelpiece or table.
The mosaic is hand made, one of a kind, made by the artist. The mosaic frame is not a perfect square or rectangle, its deliberately uneven as I want the mosaics to resemble the unique, slate,  stone walls of the Lake District.
